Follow Your Breath

Find a quiet spot, sit down, and simply breath.

Be still. Breathe in, breathe out. Notice your breath. Follow it. Feel it move through your nostrils. Feel your lungs expand and contract. Notice the rise and fall of your chest, the movement of your belly. Meditate on the flow that sustains your body, and see where it takes you.

When you go where the breath goes, the mind becomes still. When the mind becomes still, there is peace. When there is peace, therein lies the path to self-realization.
